The main photo is the original logo as we were all happy and used to seeing it, once upon a time. I do think that the original logo is a stronger statement, given the purpose of this tribe. The focus is on the idea of a return to something more like what we once had as a home page. Of course, since change is inevitable, even that, too, is up for discussion.

If you wish to display an orange ribbon as your personal icon, that's fine. I think that, as far as ribbon causes go, ours is a bit back burner, say, in comparison with breast cancer and the Madrid bombings/anti-terrorism movement.
