Sat, February 21, 2004 - 1:04 PMI hear you, Bob. I think that what we really need to hope for is that they reconsider just arbitrarily making the switch and re-negotiate the whole thing before it's put in place.
I'm more interested in keeping the best of the beta template, really, but you would have thought that they might have consulted the massive brain trust present here before just telling us what was happening.

Mon, February 23, 2004 - 3:26 PMAt first I was turned off by the look. Just too weird, and it reminded me of a lot of pre-1998 websites.
As I looked at it, it seemed that the functionality was limited for what I use Tribe for. I pretty much use Tribe to check and leave messages on teh various tribes that I am a member of, so the list of all my tribes, with the number of new messages is the most important thing. Maybe they just hadn't activated it yet, but I didn't see any of that, just a list of a few with a button that said View All Tribes.
